Toshiba 75-inch TV 75C350KU Price

Toshiba 75C350KU review

Design & Built

The C350 looks surprisingly stylish for an inexpensive TV. The top and sides of the screen are bezel-free, framed only by a narrow black plastic band that wraps around the back.

Connectivity

In terms of connectivity, this TV offers multiple HDMI ports, USB ports, and an Ethernet port, allowing you to connect various devices such as gaming consoles, Blu-ray players, and sound systems. Additionally, Wi-Fi connectivity enables you to easily stream content from your favorite online platforms.

  • HDMI inputs: four
  • Composite analog input
  • USB ports: two (0.5A power)
  • Internet: Wi-Fi, Wired
  • Antenna input
  • Analog audio output (3.5mm)
  • Optical digital audio output
  • Speakers: two downward-firing

Display

The Toshiba C350 Series also boasts a powerful LED backlight that enhances contrast and provides deep blacks, resulting in a more immersive picture quality. With HDR support, you can enjoy enhanced detail and color accuracy in compatible content for a more lifelike viewing experience.

Although increasingly ubiquitous, especially in inexpensive TVs, SDR material looks very accurate, which is nice to see. Despite the C350’s color gamut falling far short of DCI-P3 and its slightly cold whites and magentas, HDR video is often well-balanced. Both the Vizio M55Q6 and the TCL 6-Series display far larger color ranges.

Dimensions

  • Product Height With Stand 40.1 inches
  • Product Width 66 inches
  • Product Depth With Stand 14.3 inches
  • Product Height Without Stand 37.8 inches
  • Product Depth Without Stand 3.3 inches
  • Product Weight Without Stand 57.3 pounds
  • Stand Width 45.2 inches
  • Stand Depth 14.1 inches
  • Adjustable Stand Width No

Toshiba 75-inch 4K UHD Fire TV

One of the standout features of this TV is its integration with Amazon’s Fire TV platform. This gives you access to a wide range of streaming apps and services, allowing you to easily browse and watch your favorite content. The included Alexa voice remote also makes it convenient to control your TV and navigate through menus with just your voice.

It is easy to set up. Connect the TV to your network first. Then you may select between the Basic Fire TV experience, which restricts the OS to live TV and five apps, and the Full Fire TV experience, which calls for an Amazon account. You log in on your phone or computer and enter a code if you choose Full. You can now add applications.

Its main menu is vast and includes options for settings, home, live, your videos, free, movies, TV shows, and apps. Prime Video is given priority because this is an Amazon operating system; your videos, movies, and TV shows are centered around those services.

On the C350, Amazon Alexa is accessible. When using a Fire TV device, you can use Amazon’s voice assistant by speaking into the remote while holding down the microphone button. You can use Alexa to check your calendar and email, search for content, ask general inquiries like weather predictions and sports scores, and even manage the TV and other connected smart home devices.

Audio

In terms of audio, the Toshiba 75-inch 4K UHD Smart Fire TV features Dolby Atmos technology, which creates a multi-dimensional sound experience. This means that you’ll feel fully immersed in the audio, whether it’s the dialogue of your favorite TV show or the surround sound effects of an action movie.

The following sound settings are available on Fire TV to help you customize the sound to your preferences: Standard, Music, Movie, Clear Voice, Enhanced Bass, and Custom. Additionally, the balance, treble, and bass can be changed. Dialog levels, TruVolume, which balances out high and low noises, and Virtual: X can all be modified under the Advanced menu. Although they don’t really change the sound when utilizing the TV’s built-in speakers, these are simple ways to adjust the sound.

Remote

Similar to remotes that come with Fire TV media streamers, this one is also included. A conspicuous circular navigation pad is located near the top of the slender, black, rectangular wand’s top and bottom sides. Above the navigation pad are power and microphone buttons as well as a pinhole microphone. Lower on the remote are specific service buttons for Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix, as well as menu and playback controls, channel rockers, and volume settings.

I preferred the Toshiba remote to the TCL remote because it has Bluetooth and Alexa voice capabilities, allowing you to use it without having to point it at the TV. Although not quite as minimalistic as Roku, the button arrangement is straightforward and orderly and features standout white shortcut keys for several services.

Which is better?

While lacking a voice assistant, the Vizio MQ6 series has superior contrast and color for about the same price. It also supports Google Cast and Apple AirPlay. In the end, the TCL 6-Series continues to be our top option for inexpensive TVs. Although it costs a little more than the Toshiba or Vizio versions and lacks a voice assistant, its color and contrast outperform those of the other two with far brighter images and deeper blacks.

The TCL can reduce judder from 24p sources and offers a few more functions than the Toshiba, such as motion interpolation and backlight strobing. Additionally, it shows chroma 4:4:4 in both 1080p and 4k, whereas the Toshiba doesn’t show it at all. Last but not least, the Toshiba has troubles viewing 720p and 480p content, whilst the TCL doesn’t.

End notes

Overall, the Toshiba 75-inch Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV is a fantastic option for those seeking a large, high-quality TV with smart features. Its impressive picture quality, extensive content options, and user-friendly interface make it a great addition to any home entertainment setup.
